Service Times
Are We There Yet? Charter LLC operates starting at 6:00 AM for parents using morning services. We will then operate again at starting at 2:00 PM for parents who need their child picked up from school, after school, daycare, activities (''etc.''). Note, we also operate throughout the entire day for parents who need additional add-on or emergency services. Are We There Yet? Charter, LLC, will not operate after 6:00 PM unless there's an arrangement made by the parent.
All parents using the services of getting their child dropped off at their residents will need to note the time on the contract that the parent or authorized person will be home to accompany the child if the child is underage. The time should be between the hours of (3p.m. - 6p.m). Please keep in mind that the time you specify is not guaranteed due to the use of other children riding the van. But we will do our best to get your child home at the time you specify.
Important) When the driver arrives at your residence to pick-up or drop-off your child, it is the parent's responsibility to know when the van arrives at your resident. The driver will wait for a period of 5 minutes. Anytime that the driver has to leave and then return to pick-up or drop-off your child, there will be an additional fee of $15.00 dollars and this fee is based on location, so please try to be on time. These terms also apply to Middle school and High school children being picked-up from home, school or other locations. The terms are also for Elementary Students who has the responsibility of being on-time after being dismissed from school.
Day/Hour of operation: Transportation is available Monday - Saturday. Actual days and hours are determined by the Parent/Guardian of the child. Please understand that pick-up and drop-off times are very important because we plan each day around the collective time frame of each child. For morning pick-up, please call if you know that your child will be more than 5 minutes late. Our contract pick-up time is equally important.
Release of children: It is important that we protect your child by ensuring that your child is not released to a person you have not authorized on your child's information card. '' Even if it is an emergency, your permission will be needed to release your child to someone other than you. We will need the person's name and description of what he or she looks like. The person accompany your child will have to show the driver a picture ID before your child can be released from their care. Each parent will have the option to create a family code and provide the code along with their signed contract. The code will be used for the release of any person other than the parent getting the child. Also, if your child is being picked up or dropped off from school or any activity it is the parent's responsibility to let the coordinator of the facility that the child attends know that AWTY?C will be picking up or dropping off your child.

As a parent please...
- Take an interest in your child's safety and share the rules with your child.
- Read all correspondence given to you and those posted. Promptly sign and return any forms that need to be signed.
- Remember that you are responsible for informing me of any person (s) other than you that will accompany your child.
